Measuring Goals

I turned 30 today, and spent some time thinking about what I had accomplished with my life. When I was ten or so, I used to say that I would never get married and I would be a millionaire by 30. Well, I was correct about one since I am not married. I do joke about this a bit, but please don’t get me wrong as I’m sure the right person would easily change my mind. However, this post is about the other prediction, that of being a millionaire by 30. Of course, when you’re ten years old, 30 seems like a lifetime away. I can’t say I am a millionaire, or halfway there as of yet. However, I can say that I am on the right path to being a millionaire. Sure, it may take until I’m 40. But the important thing is that I am traveling down the correct road. The biggest obstacle you have to overcome is the belief that you don’t have what “it” takes. The truth is most people who are rich are not necessarily any smarter than you are. However, they believe they can be financially wealthy. I realized a few years ago that you simply can not trade time for money and become wealthy. There just isn’t enough time in our lives to do so. Thus, you have to implement a system where you make money even while you are doing something else. There are numerous ways to accomplish this goal, and the road I chose was Internet Marketing. I leverage the automatic proccess of Internet Sales so that the software and my websites are working for me, even while I am sleeping or doing something else. So, my advice to you is to think about how you might be able to make money even while you are doing something else.
