You know I am not a huge fan of using Adsense anymore, but some people still love it. I would just rather use my own products or promote other products. I got an email today from someone asking me about my Adsense usage. He wanted to know what percentage of my sites were Adsense, and what were Affiliate. Well, I actually prefer to use pay per lead systems such as Hydra Network, since they can pay $1 or so for every lead, which may be just a zip code or email address. That works better for me than getting 2 cents per click from Google.
