Are You Waiting To Lose?

January 21, 2008 · Tips

I just finished listening to a great audio from Stephen Pierce and wanted to share a few tidbits with you. The first one is this “Something Not Working Does Not Mean Something Is Not Going To Work”. So, even if something is not going the way you expected, it doesn’t mean it won’t get there, it just means there is some work to be done. A great analogy he used was a yellow light on a traffic signal. When most drivers see a yellow light, do they stop or speed up? I confess I usually speed up. So, when you face potential obstacles in your life, do you just stop or do you put the hammer down and work through them? Are you playing to win, or waiting to lose? Do you look for excuses of why something is not working, or do you search for a cause and get it corrected? I will leave you with this, “You Cannot Prove That You Can’t Build The Business Of Your Dreams. You Can Only Prove That You Haven’t Done It Yet.”

I hope this is as meaningful to you as it was to me.
